Meet FRED! He is an 8 year old Basset Hound that is bonded with Snow, a Great Pyr mix. Fred and Snow came into rescue when their owner passed away. Fred is housebroken, loves other dogs and cats, walks well on a leash and loves affection! He could stand to lose a few pounds and he has since we got him. He is HW + and is being treated. Fred loves everyone he meets and loves belly rubs! He and Snow are great together. They would make a great addition to any family! Fred and Snow are currently being fostered in Seattle, WA.

Your Gift Can Save A Pyr
Great Pyrs & Paws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations go directly towards caring for our Pyrs. We are also partnered with National Great Pyrenees Rescue (www.nationalpyr.org) to save as many pyrs as we can nationally.
Our goal is to find forever homes for the Pyrs & other LGD breeds in Texas by placing them with fosters in Texas, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho then adopting them to Texas and the Western United States.
