Meet MAUI! Maui is male pyr mix who weighs 75lbs, and is a year old.  He was pulled from death due to being on the euthanasia list in Fort Worth.  It was no fault of his own as he is playful and sweet and has a great disposition!  He loves other dogs both male and female and both big and small dogs. Cats are unknown.  He is a goofy sweet pup!  He is crate trained and potty trained.  He has not been destructive inside or outside of the home.  He barks but only if he wants to play or go outside or really needs to potty.  He does not love a bath but does cooperate with bathing and nail trimming.  He loves goodies and treats of all kinds and plays with nylabones, Kongs, and plush toys.  He likes almost everything including being loved on, playing with other dogs, going for walks, playing in the water and the pool. He is treat and food motivated but not food aggressive.  His dislikes would be only one and that is to be cooped up all day. He likes to be with his humans and sleeps in a doggie bed or in bed with his humans.  He is good with adults both males and females and he is good with school age children.  Due to his size, he might be intimidating to small children but he is very sweet to them.  He wags his tail and smiles constantly.  He is working with a trainer on sit, stay, come, walking on a leash, and down for lay down.  He does well with car rides and shows no separation anxiety.  His activity level and energy level is medium.  He is Not hyperactive like some pups.  His ideal family would be an active one whether a single person, couple, or family with children. He just wants to hang with his humans and go for a walk or two maybe even a run.  He is still young and really needs his forever home.  He is a great pup- is happy, loving, tall, lanky dude that needs a forever home!  Maui is currently in Texas but can be on the next NW transport.

All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.  We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 6. 

Adoption Fee: $275

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.

Transport Fee: $350

Transport fee includes the cost of transport plus the Health Certificate required for USDA approved transport.

Northwest adopter pays cost of transport to independent transport company.  Transport is arranged by GPPR.
